About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identification and outreach to potential new customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
- Qualification of incoming leads and development of new sales opportunities
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for the sales team
- Conducting initial discovery calls to assess needs and identify business potential
- Proactively identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base
- Close collaboration with Customer Success and Sales to develop and implement upsell campaigns
- Maintenance and documentation of activities in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Supporting the development of outbound campaigns
- Hosting webinars and participating in sales events
- Continuous analysis and optimization of lead, opportunity and conversion processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or business development is a plus
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for building new customer relationships
- High level of initiative and a results-oriented mindset
- Structured and independent working style
- Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Experience with software solutions, digitalization and SaaS business models
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills
