About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identification and outreach to potential new customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Qualification of incoming leads and development of new sales opportunities
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments for the sales team
  • Conducting initial discovery calls to assess needs and identify business potential
  • Proactively identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base
  • Close collaboration with Customer Success and Sales to develop and implement upsell campaigns
  • Maintenance and documentation of activities in the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Supporting the development of outbound campaigns
  • Hosting webinars and participating in sales events
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of lead, opportunity and conversion processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or business development is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for building new customer relationships
  • High level of initiative and a results-oriented mindset
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Experience with software solutions, digitalization and SaaS business models
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills
