About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, manage and expand strategic partnerships (technology, sales, implementation) in the SaaS, ERP, finance and procurement space around konfipay and the cisbox ecosystem
  • Design and implement joint go-to-market, sales and growth strategies with partners and internal stakeholders — including campaigns, events and co-selling activities
  • Own the entire partner lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding to long-term development and scaling of partnerships
  • Conduct onboarding, partner enablement activities, training, presentations and regular business reviews to successfully activate partners and improve performance
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success to maximize partner success
  • Support contract negotiations and commercial alignments with partners
  • Responsible for revenue, pipeline and partner targets and for managing and analyzing relevant KPIs (partner-generated pipeline, revenue contributions, activation rates)
  • Regular reporting and forecasting to management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in sales-oriented partner management, business development, sales or channel management — ideally in SaaS, FinTech or payments
  • Understanding of digital payment solutions, financial processes or Procure-to-Pay ecosystems
  • Experience building and managing strategic B2B partnerships
  • Strong communication and networking skills with a confident presence at different organizational levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on approach and strong execution skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic growth environment
  • Structured, data-driven working style with strong organizational skills
  • Confident presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
