About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Driver of the next generation of our procurement and P2P platform with a focus on automation, efficiency and AI-native features
Develop and implement a clear product vision for digital procurement processes (Source-to-Pay, eProcurement, Supplier Management)
Identify and integrate technologies such as Generative AI, agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions into the product strategy
Design innovative features, e.g.:
autonomous ordering processes (AI-driven)
intelligent supplier selection and evaluation
automated invoice processing and validation
AI-supported decision support for purchasing
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitors in procurement software and digital sourcing
Work closely with Engineering, Data and UX teams to develop scalable platform solutions
Establish data-driven KPIs (e.g., process costs, cycle times, automation rate) to monitor and steer product performance
Responsible for go-to-market strategies and positioning the platform as an innovative procurement solution
Ensure integration with adjacent systems (ERP, Finance, Accounting, Supplier Networks)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS, FinTech or procurement environment
Understanding of end-to-end procurement and Source-to-Pay processes as well as ERP and finance integrations
Interest or experience in AI, particularly Generative AI, automation and data-driven workflows
Understanding of platforms, workflows and scalable digital solutions
Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Ability to translate complex procurement and finance processes into intuitive, user-centered software solutions
Structured, data-driven way of working with strong prioritization and roadmapping skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude and strong drive to shape the product
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for innovation and technology trends
Very good English skills, written and spoken; German and Norwegian language skills are a plus.
