About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and correct document entries (e.g., receipts) in our system
- Ensure high data quality and consistency
- Support the handling of customer inquiries in the back office
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team on operational matters
- Identify and document recurring errors or anomalies
- Assist in optimizing internal processes related to document processing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled student, ideally studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Careful, structured, and reliable working style
- High level of accuracy and quality awareness
- Interest in financial processes and digital solutions
- Initial experience with data handling or commercial processes is a plus
- Very good German and English skills
