About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and logistics.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for various roles across multiple time zones.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Initiate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and systems access are completed promptly.
  • Effectively utilize tools such as Lever, Outlook, and Zoom to manage scheduling and candidate data.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a dynamic, high-volume, customer-focused environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across different time zones and with multiple disciplines.
  • Prior experience with an ATS (ideally Lever), Outlook, and Zoom is required.
  • A basic understanding of different visa types and immigration processes.
  • A strong commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
