About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and logistics.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for various roles across multiple time zones.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Initiate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and systems access are completed promptly.
- Effectively utilize tools such as Lever, Outlook, and Zoom to manage scheduling and candidate data.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a dynamic, high-volume, customer-focused environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across different time zones and with multiple disciplines.
- Prior experience with an ATS (ideally Lever), Outlook, and Zoom is required.
- A basic understanding of different visa types and immigration processes.
- A strong commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
