Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and logistics.
Coordinate and schedule interviews for various roles across multiple time zones.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
Initiate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and systems access are completed promptly.
Effectively utilize tools such as Lever, Outlook, and Zoom to manage scheduling and candidate data.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a dynamic, high-volume, customer-focused environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across different time zones and with multiple disciplines.
Prior experience with an ATS (ideally Lever), Outlook, and Zoom is required.
A basic understanding of different visa types and immigration processes.
A strong commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
