About the role
- Support day-to-day HR system operations in SAP SuccessFactors
- Ensure accurate data maintenance and timely processing of HR transactions
- Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle
- Focus on execution, data integrity, and operational support
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, IT, Payroll, and HRIS leadership
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience
- Hands-on experience administering SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred)
- Experience with position management in SuccessFactors
- Familiarity with onboarding modules and workflows
- Strong experience with data uploads and data validation
- Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented transactional work
- Strong Excel skills (data validation, formatting, troubleshooting)
- Comfortable working within defined processes and controls
- Nice-to-Have: Exposure to reporting tools (SF Report Center) & experience supporting payroll-adjacent processes
