Analyst – Talent Systems

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Talent operations by ensuring continuity, integrity and protection of data across Talent systems while maintaining overall information governance.
- Provide ongoing support for user requests related to Talent systems, including data management, reporting and bulk data imports.
- Manage minor and moderate incidents related to Talent systems, ensuring timely resolution, effective user support and appropriate escalation when needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to help resolve incidents impacting the broader ecosystem, including issues related to replication and integration of Talent data across systems.
- Analyze business needs and recommend technology solutions following best practices; lead implementation activities including analysis, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Ensure that system access rights and permissions are properly granted, managed and documented in accordance with internal policies.
- Support the production of Talent dashboards to enable operational and strategic decision-making.
- In collaboration with stakeholders, coordinate and support the execution of year-end processes.
- Contribute to the development and updating of documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in business administration, human resources management or a related field.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience in an analyst role or a similar position.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors (certification is an asset).
- Knowledge of Workforce Software (an asset).
- Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in varied contexts.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain productive professional relationships with internal and external partners.
