About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Talent operations by ensuring continuity, integrity and protection of data across Talent systems while maintaining overall information governance.
Provide ongoing support for user requests related to Talent systems, including data management, reporting and bulk data imports.
Manage minor and moderate incidents related to Talent systems, ensuring timely resolution, effective user support and appropriate escalation when needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to help resolve incidents impacting the broader ecosystem, including issues related to replication and integration of Talent data across systems.
Analyze business needs and recommend technology solutions following best practices; lead implementation activities including analysis, configuration, testing and deployment.
Ensure that system access rights and permissions are properly granted, managed and documented in accordance with internal policies.
Support the production of Talent dashboards to enable operational and strategic decision-making.
In collaboration with stakeholders, coordinate and support the execution of year-end processes.
Contribute to the development and updating of documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in business administration, human resources management or a related field.
Two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience in an analyst role or a similar position.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors (certification is an asset).
Knowledge of Workforce Software (an asset).
Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in varied contexts.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to build and maintain productive professional relationships with internal and external partners.
