About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Talent operations by ensuring continuity, integrity and protection of data across Talent systems while maintaining overall information governance.
  • Provide ongoing support for user requests related to Talent systems, including data management, reporting and bulk data imports.
  • Manage minor and moderate incidents related to Talent systems, ensuring timely resolution, effective user support and appropriate escalation when needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to help resolve incidents impacting the broader ecosystem, including issues related to replication and integration of Talent data across systems.
  • Analyze business needs and recommend technology solutions following best practices; lead implementation activities including analysis, configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Ensure that system access rights and permissions are properly granted, managed and documented in accordance with internal policies.
  • Support the production of Talent dashboards to enable operational and strategic decision-making.
  • In collaboration with stakeholders, coordinate and support the execution of year-end processes.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in business administration, human resources management or a related field.
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience in an analyst role or a similar position.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors (certification is an asset).
  • Knowledge of Workforce Software (an asset).
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in varied contexts.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive professional relationships with internal and external partners.
