Accounting Manager

• Reporting to the Head of Corporate Accounting and providing accounting, analysis, and planning support to corporate departments and artistic services
• Ensure accurate accounting of costs for assigned sectors
• Serve as the sector subject-matter contact and understand sector operations
• Actively participate in the month-end process and deliver sector tasks within deadlines
• Prepare monthly variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast)
• Complete quarterly forecasts and participate in the budgeting process with directors and senior directors
• Manage corporate allocations between different lines of business
• Assist in preparation of external audit and tax files and respond to questions
• Participate in integration of new projects for the team
• Document work procedures to promote interchangeability with colleagues
• Ensure compliance with company accounting standards and administrative procedures
• Improve and maintain necessary internal controls for processes under responsibility
