About the role

  • Coordinate tasks necessary for traditional advertising, experiential activations, online advertising and promotions.
  • Audit brand and graphic standards for Marketing collateral to include addressing production/graphic issues, and remediation with vendors.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Creative, Digital and PR teams on the creation and execution of Marketing materials including, but not limited to: printed materials, signage, radio, TV, digital and outdoor advertising.
  • Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in monitoring the efficiency of all advertising efforts and be empowered to make recommendations for revisions as necessary.
  • Support discovering new initiatives for Marketing activities and potential vendors or partners to assist with increasing the visibility of Resident Shows and their respective sales objectives.
  • With guidance of leadership, monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with vendors.
  • Process, manage and organize invoices for all media partners across all shows.
  • Work closely with the Finance/Accounts Payable team to facilitate invoice payments when necessary.
  • Provide event support as needed.
  • Complete all other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Communications.
  • At least one year of previous experience in entertainment marketing, advertising or agency experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to travel as required, sometimes internationally.
  • Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization.
