About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the development of business features in line with roadmaps and sprints
Design, develop, and test as part of the team’s Agile ceremonies
Share your expertise and fresh perspective with colleagues in a functionally oriented environment
Join the team responsible for developing the Civil Ressources Humaines HRIS product suite for local authorities
Collaborate daily with technical teams, Product Owners, and Customer Service
Work within Sylvain’s department, managed by the Development Team Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or formal training in computer science or a related field
At least 3 years of significant experience in a similar role
Design and development experience with Java (Quarkus, Hibernate, Maven, etc.)
PHP development using the Symfony framework
Experience with Oracle or other databases, with a strong focus on query performance
An interest in functional requirements and business processes
Knowledge of C is a plus
Use of AI tools in compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
