About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the design and integration of AI features into Ciril GROUP products
Provide technical leadership for AI projects
Support the professional development of more junior colleagues
Promote the adoption of AI best practices across teams
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD, automated regression testing, and code analysis
Write technical documentation
Ensure the quality and reproducibility of development work
Collaborate regularly with technical, product marketing, and DevOps teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Computer Science or a related scientific field
At least 5 years of development experience in a similar role
Formal training, professional experience, or strong interest in AI is highly desirable
Strong understanding of the complete AI model lifecycle, from prototyping to production
Ability to analyze complex problems and identify the most effective solutions
Ability to conduct and share technology monitoring and state-of-the-art reviews on specialized topics
Strong API development skills and knowledge of MCP
Experience with LLMs
Knowledge of RAG and agentic architectures, and LangChain or equivalent frameworks
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
Basic knowledge of MLOps
Programming languages: Python / Java / JavaScript
Use of AI tools in compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
