About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the design and integration of AI features into Ciril GROUP products
- Serve as technical lead on AI projects and support skill development of more junior colleagues
- Promote and spread AI best practices across teams
- Adhere to software quality practices: code reviews, CI/CD, automated regression tests, code analysis
- Write technical documentation and ensure the quality and reproducibility of developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Scientific degree in Computer Science (Master's level/BAC+5)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar development role
- Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of an AI model: prototyping through to production
- Ability to analyze problems and identify the best solution approaches
- Ability to perform and share technology watch and state-of-the-art research on advanced topics
- Strong API development skills and familiarity with MCP
- Experience with LLMs
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, agent-based systems and frameworks such as LangChain or equivalents
- Solid Machine Learning and Deep Learning knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MLOps
- Languages: Python / Java / JavaScript
