About the role

  • Participate in the design and integration of AI features into Ciril GROUP products
  • Provide technical leadership to an AI team and support the professional development of more junior colleagues
  • Promote the dissemination of AI best practices across teams
  • Adopt and contribute to software quality processes: code reviews, CI/CD, automated regression tests, static and dynamic code analysis
  • Write technical documentation and ensure the quality and reproducibility of developments

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related scientific field (equivalent to Bac+5)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in development in a similar role
  • Formal training, hands-on experience or a strong interest in AI is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of the full lifecycle of an AI model: from prototyping to production
  • Ability to analyze problems and determine the best solution approaches
  • Capacity to conduct and share technology watch and state-of-the-art reviews on specialized topics
  • Strong API development skills and knowledge of MCP
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs)
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures, agent-based systems and frameworks such as LangChain or equivalents
  • Good knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
  • Basic experience in MLOps
  • Programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
