About the role
- Manage Key Accounts relationships
- Act as the primary client contact for project and service-related matters
- Ensure regular and structured client relationship follow-up
- Organize and lead governance bodies (project committees, steering committees, etc.)
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Identify and qualify client needs
- Detect business development opportunities
- Contribute to tender responses and cost estimates
- Manage the full project lifecycle according to internal methodology
- Plan, coordinate and monitor project progress
- Identify, anticipate and manage risks
- Implement project quality processes
- Produce and maintain deliverables
- Oversee validation phases
- Manage testing campaigns and user acceptance (UAT)
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments
- Monitor project budgets
- Trigger and follow up invoicing phases
- Supervise service delivery
- Manage technical migrations and data migrations
- Coordinate installations, configurations and training
- Provide support during project start-up
- Ensure effective support during critical phases
- Ensure traceability of interventions
- Monitor indicators (tickets, response times, service quality)
- Conduct regular reviews with clients
- Mobilize and coordinate internal resources
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, GIS or equivalent
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of client project management experience
- Strong expertise in databases, specialized GIS business tools and complex architectures
- Rigorous and well-organized
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good interpersonal skills to work with technical teams and liaise directly with clients
- Synthesis ability and strong writing skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Professional proficiency in English
