About the role

  • Manage Key Accounts relationships
  • Act as the primary client contact for project and service-related matters
  • Ensure regular and structured client relationship follow-up
  • Organize and lead governance bodies (project committees, steering committees, etc.)
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Identify and qualify client needs
  • Detect business development opportunities
  • Contribute to tender responses and cost estimates
  • Manage the full project lifecycle according to internal methodology
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor project progress
  • Identify, anticipate and manage risks
  • Implement project quality processes
  • Produce and maintain deliverables
  • Oversee validation phases
  • Manage testing campaigns and user acceptance (UAT)
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments
  • Monitor project budgets
  • Trigger and follow up invoicing phases
  • Supervise service delivery
  • Manage technical migrations and data migrations
  • Coordinate installations, configurations and training
  • Provide support during project start-up
  • Ensure effective support during critical phases
  • Ensure traceability of interventions
  • Monitor indicators (tickets, response times, service quality)
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients
  • Mobilize and coordinate internal resources

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, GIS or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of client project management experience
  • Strong expertise in databases, specialized GIS business tools and complex architectures
  • Rigorous and well-organized
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with technical teams and liaise directly with clients
  • Synthesis ability and strong writing skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
