About the role

  • Ensure the Operational Maintenance (MCO) of infrastructures
  • Monitor the platform supervision as well as the availability and security of our infrastructures
  • Contribute to the automation and optimization of infrastructure operations
  • Participate in the management of major technical projects
  • Provide customer support
  • Track technical actions carried out for clients and produce associated reporting
  • Conduct technology watch and proactively propose improvements
  • Write documentation and implement ISO27001 processes as part of a continuous improvement approach

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Server administration: Windows and Linux administration
  • Monitoring / supervision
  • Virtualization technologies: VMware
  • Networks: Switching, Routing
  • IT security: Firewall management / traffic matrix
  • Storage: Management of a disk array
  • Automated application deployment: Ansible, Kubernetes (desirable)
  • IT security tools: OpenVAS, ELK, F5, Forti, IPsec (desirable)
  • Scripting: Python, Bash, YAML, PowerShell (desirable)
  • Networks: Cisco, OSPF / BGP (desirable)
  • Storage: PureStorage, DELL (desirable)
