Business Development Rep

• Reporting to the Global Head of Capital Markets, you are a capital markets specialist to drive USDC adoption across the repo and swap dealer ecosystem.
• This role will focus on integrating USDC into secured financing, derivatives margining, and dealer balance-sheet workflows, working directly with primary dealers, swap dealers, clearinghouses, and market infrastructure providers.
• Dealer & Market Infrastructure Engagement: Leading technical engagement with swap dealers, primary dealers, FCMs, CCPs, custodians, and tri-party agents.
• Acting as a credible counterpart to dealer treasury and funding teams, and drive pilots from design through live execution in coordination with internal product and engineering teams.
• Regulatory & Risk Alignment: Partnering with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure USDC integrations align with applicable derivatives and market regulations.
• Internal Leadership & Expertise: Serving as the internal expert on repo markets, dealer balance sheets, and derivatives market structure.

Accounting Manager

• Manage high-volume, complex digital asset transactions and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Own and maintain the digital assets module, monitor transaction exceptions, support reconciliations, and contribute to both financial and regulatory reporting.
• Lead and support month-end close activities for digital asset accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform fluctuation and variance analysis to validate account changes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Senior Accountant, Digital Assets Accounting

• Reporting to the Global Head of Capital Markets, you are a capital markets specialist responsible for driving USDC adoption from the credit lens.
• Lead the development and coordination of credit-related initiatives across our global partner ecosystem.
• Identify, assess, and structure credit opportunities that support institutional adoption, liquidity, and growth across our portfolio of partners.
• Serve as the single-threaded owner for credit across the global Business Development organization, ensuring a consistent, disciplined, and scalable approach to credit strategy and execution.

Business Development Director – Capital Markets, Credit

Executive Assistant

• Ensuring effective time management for leaders at Circle.
• Enhancing collaboration within your executive’s organization and with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Owning the management and administration of executive calendars and email.
• Assisting in the coordination of team offsites and other events.
• Booking travel; providing on-the-ground support for company and industry events as needed.

Operations

• Manage a team of site reliability engineers
• Oversee reliability and performance of Arc blockchain
• Act as the primary Incident Commander during critical events
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML capabilities within the observability stack
• Oversee the architecture of cloud infrastructure

Senior Manager, Technical Operations

Video Editor

• Shape narratives from raw footage (interviews, host segments, product demos, screen recordings)
• Build structure, pacing, and emotional rhythm, not just "tight edits"
• Deliver locked cuts with final timing and structure before animation begins
• Coordinate handoffs with our animator to ensure smooth integration
• Color grade in DaVinci Resolve to maintain a consistent, premium look across projects
• Mix audio for platform-ready delivery (clean dialogue, balanced music, controlled dynamics)
• Manage project files with clear naming, version control, and clean handoffs
• Finalize videos after animation and deliver exports across all channels
• Create social media cutdowns from bigger projects (short clips, vertical versions, alternate hooks) to keep the marketing calendar full when we have momentum

Full-stack Engineer

• Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack features across Circle’s Live experiences, including video, events, chat, and notifications
• Working across the stack using Ruby on Rails and React
• Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ship high-impact product updates
• Contributing to performance, reliability, and scalability improvements in real-time systems
• Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions
• Helping maintain, evolve, and improve existing features owned by the Live experiences teams
• Strengthening developer experience and system health as these surfaces scale

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, CRM

Customer Success Manager

• You’ll be helping our customers succeed in building an engaging community, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor along their journey. Over the course of your first year you’ll ramp toward serving 100+ customers.
• You will be responsible for onboarding 8-15 new customers per month, which typically entails delivering strategy and implementation guidance over a series of 6 or so meetings in their first 90 days as a customer.
• Develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers to understand their goals, and consult on the best ways to achieve them using Circle to drive product adoption, revenue growth and retention across your book of customers.
• Analyze customer usage across your book of business to identify risks and opportunities, create accurate forecasts, then take ownership of designing and executing engagement campaigns to action against them.
• Communicate thoughtfully with your clients and internal stakeholders to ensure prompt answers that can be understood by both technical and non-technical recipients.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Circle platform, our branded app capabilities, and online community building strategies to make recommendations on how customers can accelerate their desired outcomes.
• Partner closely with other internal stakeholders to share customer stories & experiences that help build deeper understanding of customers goals, use cases and outcomes.
• Act as an internal advocate for customers by consistently contributing feedback to product & engineering on areas for improvement to enhance the customers experience.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our customer success processes and methodologies.
• Working with customers through their renewal and re-consideration windows to help them understand how Circle can support their business strategy and future planning.

• Build AI-enabled campaigns end-to-end, owning all tooling requirements, deployment, and delivery against project timelines
• Deliver 4 campaigns and experiments monthly, and be accountable for hitting a monthly pipeline target monthly
• Manage rapid launches by owning project plans based on strategy from our GTME-Sales Lead, and contribute to new campaign planning
• Take guidance and independently build solutions around goals; ship campaigns and experiments on aggressive timelines
• Experiment relentlessly by building web and trial experiments; own technical changes to demo forms, demo pages, and trial experiences (coordinating with growth lead and growth engineering)
• Build and own campaign-level reporting to measure meeting books through to directly influenced pipeline; be confident in the data and speak to it; partner with RevOps, Staff Data/AI Engineer for complex reporting needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our copywriting, product, and lifecycle marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot and optimize tooling day-to-day
• Report on weekly pipeline metrics including: Allbound and Expansion campaign performance, feedback loops, and optimization opportunities
• Be open and egoless—act in direction, stay humble, seek feedback to improve. Focus on winning as a team, but speak up to share feedback when you have an opinion

GTM Engineer, Sales

Product Designer

• Design workflows and interfaces for blockchain-native products
• Help users reason about value flow, costs, and tradeoffs
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define priorities
• Identify repeatable models and abstractions across blockchain use cases
• Mentor other designers and raise the bar for product design

Lead Product Designer, Arc Platform

• Drive strategy, sourcing and executing critical deals, and shaping product direction in close collaboration with senior leadership.
• Own distribution partner development end-to-end with fintechs, neobanks, wallets, and centralized exchanges (CEXs).
• Run structured discovery to identify the right launch partners and constraints.
• Design the segment-specific GTM motion and deal structures.
• Source and close partnerships, driving integration and post-launch performance.

Business Development Director

• Ship full-stack AI projects end-to-end on a product built in Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend.
• Design and run experiments (including A/B tests, AI evaluations, or others) to validate AI features, measure impact, and guide iteration.
• Build and integrate components for AI infrastructure and optimize them for performance and reliability to support production-level inferencing.
• Improve processes, tools, and systems to scale AI features into production-ready solutions.
• Help us stay up-to-date with the cutting-edge AI research, techniques, and tools.
• Work closely with Circle's leaders and designers throughout the feature design process.
• Foster a bias for action by prioritizing speed of iteration, experimentation, and learning, while maintaining high standards of code quality and user experience.

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Applied AI

Data Analyst

• Partner closely with our Global Capital Markets Business Development and Customer Experience teams
• Analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
• Partner with Business Development to track and improve partner performance and deal outcomes
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to identify customer pain points and issue categories
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that inform decision-making across teams
