About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex financial modeling for strategic partnerships, ecosystem incentives, product launches, M&A, investments, and long-range growth initiatives
  • Own product-level revenue models covering transaction revenue, subscription and services revenue, platform monetization, unit economics, customer economics, and scenario-based forecasting
  • Evaluate monetization models, partnership structures, pricing, margin tradeoffs, and capital allocation decisions with cross-functional leaders
  • Build investment-grade models including revenue builds, sensitivity analyses, valuation frameworks, synergy cases, downside scenarios, cohort economics, and ROI/payback analyses
  • Translate complex analysis into executive narratives for CFO/CCO reviews, operating reviews, Board materials, strategic planning, and decision forums
  • Advise senior leadership on drivers, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations across strategic initiatives
  • Develop frameworks for build/buy/partner decisions, including market sizing, strategic rationale, integration considerations, investment requirements, and returns
  • Partner with Accounting, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Data teams on operational, accounting, regulatory, and data-integrity considerations
  • Use AI and automation to improve analysis, model QA, data synthesis, scenario generation, workflow automation, and executive-ready output
  • Create repeatable planning and reporting infrastructure for emerging revenue streams
  • Identify gaps in reporting, model architecture, and decision-making processes and build practical solutions
  • Report to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance and partner with Finance, Product, Business Development, Corporate Development, Legal, Accounting, Data, and executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally including 2–4 years in investment banking and/or private equity plus 2+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, or FP&A at a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Elite financial modeling skills across revenue, margins, unit economics, valuation, M&A, partnerships, and scenario planning
  • Strong commercial and strategic judgment
  • Excellent executive communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Experience supporting strategic partnerships, product monetization, M&A, corporate development, new business incubation, or high-priority growth initiatives
  • High degree of ownership and comfort with ambiguity
  • AI proficiency and hands-on experience using AI tools for financial analysis, research, automation, data interpretation, and communication
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
  • Strong Google Slides / PowerPoint presentation capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree required; finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, engineering, or a similarly analytical field preferred
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, fintech, payments, marketplaces, crypto, or platform business models preferred
  • Familiarity with stablecoins, digital assets, or financial infrastructure preferred
  • Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, or other financial and data systems preferred
