Key responsibilities & impact

Lead ecosystem development and business partnerships for Arc, specifically focused on “Earn” use cases
Drive strategy, sourcing and executing critical deals
Shape product direction in close collaboration with senior leadership
Own distribution partner development end-to-end
Run structured discovery to identify launch partners
Design segment-specific GTM motion and deal structures
Source and close partnerships while driving integration and post-launch performance
Operate with high agency in a zero-to-one environment
Represent the project externally at key ecosystem forums and partner events

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, product partnerships, or ecosystem roles
Significant experience in fintech / neobank / consumer finance / wallet / exchange environments
Proven track record sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and launching complex partnerships
Strong GTM design capability
Cross-functional leadership
Excellent communicator and negotiator at the C-suite level
High-agency operator thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Familiarity with crypto rails and stablecoins
Willingness to travel up to 30%
Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
