About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders across Circle, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for both technical and non-technical roles in India.
- Own complex searches from intake through offer acceptance, helping teams attract and hire exceptional talent while delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Leverage expertise in the India talent market to influence hiring strategies, identify top talent, and ensure hiring decisions align with Circle's mission, values, and long-term growth objectives.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies, define talent profiles, and proactively address hiring challenges.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key functions including Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and leverage market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent in competitive hiring markets.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, effective interview processes, and thoughtful candidate engagement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on India's talent landscape, hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.
- Partner cross-functionally with People, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to support hiring operations, compliance requirements, employment models, and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success hiring across both technical and non-technical functions in India.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple complex searches while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and talent strategies.
- Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of building pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles across diverse functional areas.
- Deep understanding of the India talent market, including hiring trends, compensation practices, and candidate expectations.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience negotiating offers and managing candidates through competitive hiring processes.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting tools.
