About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing strategic partnerships in Asia
- Owning OKRs and developing the partnership pipeline
- Qualifying partners, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with strategic partners
- Landing and growing strategic USDC partnerships with key distribution partners across Asia
- Working cross-functionally to create and operationalize robust activation and growth programs
- Developing novel partnership approaches to drive business growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 13+ years of experience in business development or similar function
- 7+ years of experience developing strategic partnerships in fintech, banking, payments, and/or financial services
- Proven ability to negotiate and win high-impact strategic deals with a C-level audience
- Excellent pipeline management and an ability to prioritize across an expansive set of initiatives to maximize business growth
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English, with Mandarin as a significant plus
- Enjoy building at the earliest stages.
