About the role
- Partner closely with our Global Capital Markets Business Development and Customer Experience teams
- Analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Partner with Business Development to track and improve partner performance and deal outcomes
- Collaborate with Customer Experience to identify customer pain points and issue categories
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that inform decision-making across teams
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Support CRM data hygiene and ensure partner-facing teams are accurately leveraging systems and tools
- Drive measurement and reporting for strategic initiatives aimed at partner success and growth
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for large datasets
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Superset, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and best practices for data hygiene
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of working with incomplete or undocumented data
- Clear, concise communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation (preferred)
- Experience in capital markets, crypto, or high-growth fintech environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with partner analytics, customer experience metrics, or lifecycle tracking (preferred)
