About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide adult primary care through telemedicine
Build and maintain patient panels through provider empanelment
Deliver high-quality, continuous care to patients
Conduct two-way video-audio appointments lasting 15–30 minutes
Diagnose and treat a variety of adult and primary care conditions
Prescribe medications, including Schedule II medications
Set recurring schedules across a 7-day-a-week operation, including evenings and weekends
Coordinate with patient care advocates and the licensed medical clinical team for patient care and follow-up
Focus on patient care while the practice supports insurance coverage understanding

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification
Currently licensed in at least one listed state: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, IA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, or WA
Ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
Valid DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2
Applicants must reside in the United States of America
High degree of technical skill utilizing software
Commitment to evidence-based medicine
Willingness to learn to diagnose and treat varied adult/primary care conditions
PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2020
Primary care provider experience in a clinical setting is ideal
At least 3 years post-residency practice experience strongly preferred for APPs
At least 2 years post-residency practice experience strongly preferred for Physicians
