Product Manager

• Own the RCM product roadmap and strategy end-to-end, focusing on core workflows, optimization, and system integration.
• Deeply understand and optimize insurance workflows, including:
• - Insurance Capture & Validation: Ensuring accurate and efficient collection of patient insurance details.
• - Eligibility & Benefits Verification: Streamlining real-time or batch verification processes.
• - Internal Credentialing Management: Designing and optimizing internal systems for tracking provider network participation and credentialing.
• Drive strategy for billing and payment solutions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and patient-friendly payment options.
• Be a highly data-driven decision-maker, constantly measuring key RCM metrics (e.g., net collection rate, days in A/R, % of appointments with eligibility issues, denials rates, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering to translate complex insurance and financial workflows into simple, empathetic, and intuitive patient interfaces (web, mobile, messaging, etc.)
