About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees.
- Develop and manage tasks to ensure site cleanliness and organization.

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- Ability to supervise and train employees.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings.
