About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements
  • Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations
  • Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail
  • Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes

  • Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair
  • Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork
  • Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers
  • Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-5 year’s experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required
  • Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone
  • Possess valid drivers’ license and be insurable as a driver
  • Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town
  • Ability to work alone
