About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements
- Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations
- Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail
- Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
- Must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team
- Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines
- Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair
- Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork
- Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service
- Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers
- Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 year’s experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required
- Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone
- Possess valid drivers’ license and be insurable as a driver
- Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town
- Ability to work alone
