About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure the site is clean and well-kept
- Maintain a professional image among subordinates and supervisor
- Schedule employees to maximize customer service
- Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare on-going performance appraisals for all employees and provide feedback
- Train all employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness
- Organize and maintain all site files and manuals
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials
- Ability to manage functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description
- Ability to use a computer, which includes analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
- A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation
- Ability to communicate in English
