About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees
- Develop, manage and assign tasks appropriately
- Maintain a professional and supportive image
- Schedule employees within Company guidelines
- Implement non-discriminatory related management skills
- Develop positive and professional relationships with all suppliers
- Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare on-going and timely performance appraisals for all employees
- Train all employees ensuring that customer service meets Company standards
- Communicate with all employees in a timely manner
- Evaluate and develop specific action plans
- Manage and supervise store employees for reports and merchandise stocking
- Analyze daily sales and expense information
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials
- Ability to use computer
- A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
