About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Progress through four phases of the C2C Program
- Participate in a leadership experience in Charlotte, NC
- Spend time with support functions like Marketing, HR, HSE, Fuel, Facilities, Finance
- Shadow a high-performing Market Manager
- Oversee operations of multiple stores as Market Manager
- Recruiting, training, and disciplining store managers
- Ensuring operational efficiency and marketing consistency across stores
- Setting regional goals and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Addressing operational problems that arise
- Managing a regional budget and monitoring store P&L reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in business management or related field
- Quantitative aptitude or experience managing budgets
- Leadership and decision-making ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill
- Retail experience is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license
