About the role
- Responsible for bringing our digital tech strategy to life through technology and digital capabilities
- Accountable for overall success of the digital tech portfolio
- Trusted advisor for the Head of Customer Experience
- Develop, create and communicate strategic objectives supported by technical actions
- Manage all aspects of budget planning, forecasting, accruals, invoice payment and reconciliation
- Responsible for influencing and managing teams and parties to drive delivery aligned with digital strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or comparable focus
- 10 years or more of experience implementing and evolving digital enterprise products
- Strong understanding of how Digital Technology is leveraged for external and internal customers
- Experience developing capabilities consuming APIs and micro services
- Good understanding of Cloud, AI/ML, Robotics, AR/VR and other emerging technology
- Project Management experience, including estimating and forecasting, budget and financial management as well as resource management
