About the role

  • Responsible for bringing our digital tech strategy to life through technology and digital capabilities
  • Accountable for overall success of the digital tech portfolio
  • Trusted advisor for the Head of Customer Experience
  • Develop, create and communicate strategic objectives supported by technical actions
  • Manage all aspects of budget planning, forecasting, accruals, invoice payment and reconciliation
  • Responsible for influencing and managing teams and parties to drive delivery aligned with digital strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or comparable focus
  • 10 years or more of experience implementing and evolving digital enterprise products
  • Strong understanding of how Digital Technology is leveraged for external and internal customers
  • Experience developing capabilities consuming APIs and micro services
  • Good understanding of Cloud, AI/ML, Robotics, AR/VR and other emerging technology
  • Project Management experience, including estimating and forecasting, budget and financial management as well as resource management
