About the role
- As a Retail Market Operations Trainee, you will progress through four phases of training
- Participate in a leadership experience event in Charlotte, NC
- Get acquainted with Marketing, HR, Fuel, and Finance functions
- Shadow a high-performing Market Manager
- Take on responsibility and manage a territory as a certified Market Manager
Requirements
- Degree in business management or related field
- Quantitative aptitude or experience managing budgets
- Leadership and decision-making ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill
- Retail experience is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license
