About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, hire, and train positive, enthusiastic employees.
- Develop, manage, and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the site is clean and well kept.
- Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
- Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints.
- Train all employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
- Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings.
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
