About the role
- Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing assigned projects within the North America B2B team
- Oversee complex, high‑priority initiatives that support the team’s strategic objectives
- Lead internal and external cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines, deliverables, and strategic objectives
- Apply critical thinking and challenge assumptions to drive continuous improvement across all project workstreams
- Define project structure, scope, and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and operational feasibility
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resource allocation to minimize project disruptions
- Manage expectations of leadership, project teams, and cross‑functional partners throughout the project lifecycle
- Collect, analyze, and organize data to support performance reporting and executive updates
- Develop strategies and tactical plans to implement changes to existing or new B2B processes
- Create and refine performance metrics that measure process efficiency and identify areas of opportunity
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to all stakeholders, including management and functional teams
- Establish project budgets, track expenditures, and report variances or financial risks
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all organizational levels
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in project management
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Experience using Monday.com and other project management tools
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to introduce and cultivate a culture of change and continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and develop relationships at all levels
- Ability to identify stakeholder needs and deliver mutually beneficial solutions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Process‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Strong communication, executive presence, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Ability to travel occasionally to engage with stakeholders
