About the role

  • Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing assigned projects within the North America B2B team
  • Oversee complex, high‑priority initiatives that support the team’s strategic objectives
  • Lead internal and external cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines, deliverables, and strategic objectives
  • Apply critical thinking and challenge assumptions to drive continuous improvement across all project workstreams
  • Define project structure, scope, and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and operational feasibility
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resource allocation to minimize project disruptions
  • Manage expectations of leadership, project teams, and cross‑functional partners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collect, analyze, and organize data to support performance reporting and executive updates
  • Develop strategies and tactical plans to implement changes to existing or new B2B processes
  • Create and refine performance metrics that measure process efficiency and identify areas of opportunity
  • Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to all stakeholders, including management and functional teams
  • Establish project budgets, track expenditures, and report variances or financial risks
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all organizational levels

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in project management
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
  • PMP certification preferred but not required
  • Experience using Monday.com and other project management tools
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to introduce and cultivate a culture of change and continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and develop relationships at all levels
  • Ability to identify stakeholder needs and deliver mutually beneficial solutions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Process‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally to engage with stakeholders
