About the role

  • Progress through a year-long College to Convenience (C2C) training program with four phases including leadership event, support function rotations, store/market shadowing, and Market Manager assignment
  • Recruit, train and discipline store managers
  • Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and cleanliness standards across stores
  • Set regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections
  • Manage regional budget and monitor store P&L reports
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
  • Address operational problems and liaise between regional branches and headquarters
  • Ensure consistent customer service and marketing across stores
  • Travel to Charlotte, NC for initial live leadership event (implied)

Requirements

  • Degree in business management or related field
  • Quantitative aptitude or experience managing budgets
  • Leadership and decision-making ability
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill
  • Retail experience is highly desirable
  • Valid driver’s license
