About the role

  • Support the Marketing team in Arizona
  • Create effective communication channels across departments
  • Regularly interact with Marketing, Operational Excellence, Operations, and HR departments
  • Finish the internship with broad experience in marketing and communication in the retail industry.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Manage organic social media marketing - grow followers, increase reach, and improve engagement on our platforms.
  • Proficient knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Basic knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including grammar and copywriting).
  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing/social media marketing/content creation.
  • Familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
  • Previous internship or experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and be able to travel around PHX Valley as needed.
  • Must be able to travel into the Tempe Office for occasional meetings.
