About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full renewal cycle for an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring on-time and accurate contract execution
  • Proactively engage with customer stakeholders to confirm satisfaction, address risks, and secure renewal commitments
  • Partner with Support, Customer Success Managers and Sales to identify opportunities to prevent down-sell or churn
  • Accurately forecast renewal revenue, providing leadership visibility into pipeline health and risk status
  • Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with Circle’s policies and approval processes
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and DealHub, ensuring quotes, contracts, and forecasts are up to date
  • Escalate at-risk renewals early and collaborate cross-functionally to develop retention strategies
  • Support transitions to subscription models, including Evolve, Evergreen, and TAP, and ensure customers understand value propositions
  • Partner with finance to resolve billing or payment issues tied to renewals
  • Engage new, existing, and prospective customers to promote Circle products and drive customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with designated leads and collect and report pre- and post-sales voice of customer feedback
  • Assist with CRM improvements and implementation of marketing strategies
  • Report to the Senior Director, Customer Success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous sales experience, preferably selling sophisticated technology and ideally in the medical technology sector
  • Good understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Excellent use of technology
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Structured, organized, and responsive approach to guiding customers through the process
  • Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presence and behavior with the ability to handle diverse situations
  • Outstanding listening and comprehension skills
  • Clear, concise, grammatically correct oral and written communication skills
  • Confidence and ability to handle rejection

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
