About the role

  • Develop a deep understanding of the products, value propositions and target ICPs to drive sales in a key existing market;
  • Deploy a sales strategy in this key market that has reached a suitable level of maturity within the business;
  • Identify and build a pipeline of new business to meet monthly and quarterly new revenue targets;
  • Work closely with customer success to identify and close opportunities for upsell and cross sell in existing key accounts across market’s customer base to meet existing business revenue growth targets;
  • Coordinate with marketing and design to create high quality sales collateral and outbound sales programmes;
  • Building partnerships and relationships that will lead to additional revenue;
  • Work with the product team to define product requirements to satisfy customer demands;
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, use cases, and customer needs;

Requirements

  • 4-6+ Years’ experience in the SaaS product Sales into FinTech organisations
  • Financial services audit experience with a deep understanding of the different stakeholders in the funds industry
  • Ideally you will have prior experience in a B2B sales role with a proven track record of winning deals
  • Commercial awareness and the ability adapt quickly to market dynamics;
  • Sales strategy development and maintenance of a comprehensive sales pipeline;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build happy client relationships;
  • Desire to be part of and to help grow a successful team;
  • A passion for technology, innovation and working with high growth start-ups - enjoys working in fast-paced non-hierarchical teams;
  • Ability to create partnerships that will lead to additional revenue and a broader product offering;
  • A collaborative approach, working alongside a team of sales, BDM and BDE’s.
