Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition/recruitment

experience utilizing AI-enabled tools such as UKG, Eightfold, Microsoft Copilot
ability to develop strong relationships with candidates
excellent project management skills
strong intellectual curiosity
ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
