About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and deliver data-driven analyses, summaries, and presentations (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint) that translate Circana data into clear, actionable insights to support client decision-making
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses while supporting high-quality service delivery and helping to resolve client needs
Partner with internal team members to support the planning, management, and execution of client projects, ensuring alignment and efficient delivery
Support the development of strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and effective problem-solving
Leverage Circana data sets and tools to respond to client inquiries, conduct analyses, and support client engagements
Apply analytical skills to execute fact-based analyses, helping to generate insights that inform client strategies and business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2+ years’ experience in analytical or market research role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in consumer, POS, custom and/or syndicated research in food/foodservice an asset
Experience accurately interpreting data and clearly articulating findings into cohesive and succinct stories
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities against pressing deadlines; strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
