About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Executive leaders and their leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to drive operational excellence.
  • Serve as a member of the senior leadership team to contribute to business decisions and strategy formulation.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent for BATP.
  • Develop and implement programs for leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Partner with Total Rewards to ensure competitive, equitable, and motivational rewards programs.
  • Lead HR projects, ensuring efficient and scalable HR operations.
  • Inspire and coach the BATP HR team to deliver HR operational excellence to customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a senior HRBP supporting a technology organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Experience advising executive leaders and influencing business strategy in fast‑paced environments.
  • Proven experience supporting a global technology function and evolving operating models.
  • Global HR experience, including multi‑country employee relations and workforce practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance in a technology context.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to coach and influence senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated change leadership across organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation.
  • HR certification (SPHR, SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
