VP, Global Vertical HRBP Lead – Business AI, Technology and Product
CircanaVice President, Human Resources Business Partner leading HR initiatives for Business AI, Technology and Product group. Act as a trusted advisor providing expertise in talent management and organizational effectiveness.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Executive leaders and their leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to drive operational excellence.
- Serve as a member of the senior leadership team to contribute to business decisions and strategy formulation.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent for BATP.
- Develop and implement programs for leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Partner with Total Rewards to ensure competitive, equitable, and motivational rewards programs.
- Lead HR projects, ensuring efficient and scalable HR operations.
- Inspire and coach the BATP HR team to deliver HR operational excellence to customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a senior HRBP supporting a technology organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Experience advising executive leaders and influencing business strategy in fast‑paced environments.
- Proven experience supporting a global technology function and evolving operating models.
- Global HR experience, including multi‑country employee relations and workforce practices.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance in a technology context.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to coach and influence senior leaders.
- Demonstrated change leadership across organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation.
- HR certification (SPHR, SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
