About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments that block the delivery of AI use cases or automation releases
Coach team members, Value Stream Process Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles
Track and communicate key Agile metrics including velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and team health
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
Drive retrospective action items and foster a culture of inspect-and-adapt.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required
5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with at least 2 years supporting technology, data, or operations teams delivering automation or AI-driven solutions
Demonstrated experience running Scrum ceremonies for continuous delivery pipelines
Familiarity with AI/ML project delivery lifecycles and intelligent automation programs is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps
Working knowledge of intelligent automation technologies such as RPA, OCR, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, Airflow, or equivalent)
Understanding of CI/CD principles and how they apply to automation and AI use case deployment in operational environments
Strong servant leadership mindset with the ability to influence without authority
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to foster psychological safety, team cohesion, and a culture of accountability
Analytical and data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
