About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and enhance the Kraft Heinz team’s understanding of their performance relative to the market and competitors.
  • Help Kraft Heinz better understand the dynamics of the competitive marketplace, customers, and macro trends.
  • Utilize a variety of Circana tools to create compelling insights-based stories and help socialize various Circana solutions with the client.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, eCommerce, category management, or related fields is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Marketing and/or sales analytics experience with a CPG company, Retailer, or other CPG industry companies using syndicated data.
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications.
  • Strong project management and process skills.
  • Ability to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables.
  • Ability to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of client issues.
  • Ability to develop creative ways to address business issues.
