About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help Circana build a world‑class people analytics capability
- Define key workforce metrics and enable trusted insights
- Shape and deliver the people analytics strategy
- Partner closely with HR leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Enhance the HR data foundation and ensure analytics are meaningful, actionable, and aligned to business priorities
- Lead efforts for HR data governance, quality remediation, and analytics reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12+ years of experience in people analytics, or HRIS-related analytics
- Strong hands-on HRIS experience; UKG Pro strongly preferred
- Proven experience implementing and overseeing data governance frameworks, standards, and data quality programs
- Strong understanding of core HR domains including HR business partnering, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, compliance and regulatory reporting, diversity, equity, and inclusion analytics
- Advanced capability in HR reporting and analytics, including trend analysis, segmentation, and insight generation
- Experience working with BI and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
