Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the Retailer Help Desk Solution Lead for a top-tier tobacco client
Lead operational, process-driven support for a custom retailer solution
Manage retailer relationships to ensure data program compliance and smooth weekly production processes
Act as the primary point of contact for retailer service requests and issue resolution
Synthesize data validation results and quality metrics to improve client experience
Apply sound judgment and resilience when navigating business and corporate challenges
Engage retailers in a service-focused, consultative manner to manage and resolve content deliverables
Drive strong project management and process execution
Collaborate effectively with virtual and global teams, including Global Operation Center (GOC) partners
Communicate clearly and build strong relationships across stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3+ years of relevant experience
Experience leading teams and developing talent
CPG industry experience preferred
Ability to translate data and analysis into clear, actionable insights
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and requests
Experience working with data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven problem-solving abilities
Solid project management and process skills
Ability to engage clients in a consultative, solutions-oriented manner
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Tobacco category knowledge preferred
