About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the Retailer Help Desk Solution Lead for a top-tier tobacco client
  • Lead operational, process-driven support for a custom retailer solution
  • Manage retailer relationships to ensure data program compliance and smooth weekly production processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for retailer service requests and issue resolution
  • Synthesize data validation results and quality metrics to improve client experience
  • Apply sound judgment and resilience when navigating business and corporate challenges
  • Engage retailers in a service-focused, consultative manner to manage and resolve content deliverables
  • Drive strong project management and process execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading teams and developing talent
  • CPG industry experience preferred
  • Ability to translate data and analysis into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and requests
  • Experience working with data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Solid project management and process skills
  • Ability to engage clients in a consultative, solutions-oriented manner
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Tobacco category knowledge preferred
