Senior Manager, Client Service
CircanaSenior Manager overseeing client service and analytics for Circana's technology and data solutions. Collaborating with clients, managing deliverables, and ensuring service quality in a remote setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary client contact for service-related requests and issues
- Manage end-to-end content delivery with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
- Coordinate and execute ongoing and ad hoc analytics requests
- Partner closely with clients to deliver reports and presentations that support both strategic and tactical needs
- Use data and analytics to support client teams across sales, category management, and brand and trade marketing
- Support revenue growth through high-quality service delivery and data accuracy
- Identify opportunities to expand Circana services within client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Work effectively with virtual and diverse teams, including the Global Operations Center (GOC)
- Communicate clearly and synthesize information across both written and verbal formats
- Apply strong project management and process discipline to manage priorities and deliverables
- Demonstrate sound judgment and resilience when navigating business challenges
- Engage clients in a consultative, service-focused manner to solve problems and manage deliverables
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and introduce more efficient ways of working
- Define and track key metrics to monitor quality and performance
- Learn and use required tools and systems, including MS Excel
- Escalate issues appropriately to the right stakeholders
- Maintain administrative accuracy by tracking time and expenses, following corporate policies, and meeting internal deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- CPG experience is a plus
- Ability to translate data and analysis into clear, relevant insights
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with data and analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Strong project management and process skills
- Ability to engage clients in a consultative, solutions-oriented manner
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
