About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify qualified inbound prospects and route opportunities appropriately
- Manage the early sales cycle by conducting needs assessments, understanding prospect pain points, and preparing Sales for successful handoff and follow-up conversations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Insights to ensure inbound leads receive consistent, accurate, and compelling information
- Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) and the CRM to manage and track inbound activity
- Ensure prospects receive timely, relevant information and a positive experience from the first touchpoint
- Capture insights from inbound prospects and share trends with leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience with Dynamics or another CRM/ sales enablement platforms preferred but not required
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required due to collaboration with global stakeholders
