About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, local job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Own end-to-end recruitment across ANZ and provide support to East Asia
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Establish robust relationships with hiring managers and the wider HR team
- Deliver market insights and benchmarking data to stakeholders
- Manage the full candidate experience across all roles
- Lead screening, shortlisting, and structured interview processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong talent acquisition experience, typically gained over 6 or more years
- Strong sourcing capability across both technical and non-technical talent pools
- Recruiting background spanning technical disciplines and commercial functions
- Deep familiarity with ANZ talent markets; exposure to East Asian markets is an advantage
- Additional languages such as proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean would be a plus
- Exceptional communicator, able to engage credibly at senior levels across a global, matrixed organisation
- Commercially minded and data-literate
