About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic, priority support for top tier Clients and account teams within Circana’s Client Development Organization (CDO).
Partner with Clients and CDO Account Leaders to proactively identify, structure and answer Client-related business questions.
Inform Client’s 3 to 5-year strategic plans.
Address strategic retail questions.
Influence key Client stakeholders by providing: Proactive insights, Addressing business questions, HQ/Retail support and collaboration, Industry thought leadership, Solution training/adoption, Troubleshooting issues and communicating to cross-functional teams to resolve.
Create compelling Client-ready content that is easy to understand, digest and provides compelling recommendations across key data sets including point of sale, consumer and loyalty/frequent-shopper data.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or category management within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or a marketing analytics organization.
Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant insights, packaging the learnings into Client-ready presentations and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport cross-functionally and engage in a consultative manner with Clients when helping solve/manage key business needs and influence thinking.
Experience Circana’s consumer and shopper data assets a plus OR other syndicated data solutions.
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
