Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of progressive HR experience
5+ years as a senior HRBP supporting a technology organization
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Master’s preferred
Globally supportive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment law
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
