Product Manager, HR Technology

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the product roadmap for the Global HR function
- Work closely with Global HR function leadership, HR teams, and external vendors
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research
- Champion the needs of HR users and ensure effective decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product effectiveness
- Facilitate the successful rollout of new technologies and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a product management or product owner role and/or HR technology role
- Strong Total Rewards experience, including compensation planning, benefits administration, open enrollment, and related workflows
- Experience working with HR technology platforms and third‑party vendors
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
