About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for the Global HR function
  • Work closely with Global HR function leadership, HR teams, and external vendors
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research
  • Champion the needs of HR users and ensure effective decision-making
  • Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product effectiveness
  • Facilitate the successful rollout of new technologies and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a product management or product owner role and/or HR technology role
  • Strong Total Rewards experience, including compensation planning, benefits administration, open enrollment, and related workflows
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms and third‑party vendors
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
