Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the product roadmap for the Global HR function
Work closely with Global HR function leadership, HR teams, and external vendors
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research
Champion the needs of HR users and ensure effective decision-making
Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product effectiveness
Facilitate the successful rollout of new technologies and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a product management or product owner role and/or HR technology role
Strong Total Rewards experience, including compensation planning, benefits administration, open enrollment, and related workflows
Experience working with HR technology platforms and third‑party vendors
Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
