Assist with fact-based analyses to inform assortment decisions, category performance, shopper behavior, and growth opportunities.
Support client accounts across General Merchandise and CPG by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
Learn to integrate multiple data sources (Circana data, client datasets, internal tools) into clear, data-backed recommendations.
Clearly communicate insights to internal stakeholders and, over time, external client audiences.
Build strong relationships through reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related)
0–2 years of relevant experience through internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, data validation)
Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or eagerness to learn
Exposure to SQL, APIs, Python, or analytics platforms is a plus
